All Around the Salish Sea
We spend summers playing along the Salish Sea. Our part of the sea has had many names: Gulf of Georgia, Georgia Basin, and now the Salish Sea. At the moment, I can’t find the name in hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓.
Over the years I’ve spent time on most if its islands and along most of the coastline. From South Pender to Savary to Cortes, and from Cowichan Bay to Nanaimo to Lund.
These pictures span the years from 2002 to the present. Most are family holidays; some are just passing through. Soon I hope to scan slides and negatives and include some of the time from the “pre-digital” era.
